The building design embraces a Modern Industrial aesthetic, heavily relying on exposed structural elements balanced by warm, textured materials.
The structure features prominent raw, exposed concrete panels paired with warm terracotta brick cladding. This juxtaposition softens the harshness of the concrete while giving the building a solid, grounded appearance.
